CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:CRWD) stock fluctuated Monday as investors weighed a bullish Deutsche Bank upgrade and a series of AI-focused cybersecurity partnerships against continued pressure on software stocks.
Deutsche Bank Sees AI-Driven Growth
Deutsche Bank analyst Brad Zelnick upgraded CrowdStrike from Hold to Buy and raised his price forecast to $300 from $240.
Zelnick said investors may be underestimating how AI adoption could expand cybersecurity spending and strengthen CrowdStrike’s competitive position.
He expects growing demand for endpoint protection and AI security to support revenue growth.
The analyst believes CrowdStrike could reach its $10 billion fiscal 2030 annual recurring revenue goal ahead of schedule and maintain annual growth above 20% for several years.
He also suggested the company’s projected $565 billion addressable market by 2034 could be conservative.
